About us
Scoophescoope is a small store built around one test: a year from now, will this still be in use, or in a drawer?
How we choose
Most gift shopping fails in the same way. Something looks good in a photograph, arrives smaller than expected, gets admired once, and is never touched again. We would rather sell fewer things that survive that.
So the range is short on purpose. Everything gets weighed, measured and described properly, and if a product only works in a photograph it does not make it onto the site.
How orders are packed
Packing is part of the product, not an upsell at the last step. Boxes are rigid, wrapping is included where it makes sense, and a note in your own handwriting can go in without an extra trip to a stationery shop.
Our story
Placeholder
Two or three short paragraphs about who started Scoophescoope, when, and why. Written plainly and in the first person, which reads better than corporate language and is much harder to fake.
Editable section. The founding story, launch year, team and location belong here. Nothing has been invented — no founder story, no customer numbers, no awards, no “since 20xx”. Supply the real details and this block fills in.
What we hold ourselves to
Describe it accurately
Dimensions, weight and material on every product page, so nothing is a surprise on arrival.
No manufactured urgency
No countdown timers, no invented stock counts, no fake “3 people are viewing this”.
Real reviews only
Ratings appear when customers write them, not before, and never in the page’s structured data before then.
Reachable
A person answers questions before and after an order.
